Refund Request

c. Product discrepancies concerning variant, appearance, and quality compared to the product page description.
d. Faded, damaged, or items missing pieces upon receipt.

2. Ineligible Refund Requests:

a. Lost orders due to customer address misrepresentation.
b. Unchanged and undamaged items where customers change their minds.
c. Damage caused to the product due to customer fault. We implement a rigorous quality assurance system to ensure items are in good condition before shipping.

Refund Amount

Upon approval of your refund request, you will receive a full refund, including the shipping fee.

Required Actions:

To facilitate your refund request process, kindly provide the following information:

c. In case of a damaged order, please attach at least three images from different angles to illustrate the product’s current condition.

Allow 24 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) to respond to your email. Please only return the item after knowing if your return and refund request is eligible.

If we confirm that your return and refund request is eligible, you may proceed to return the parcel to our warehouse. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee and/or journey to our warehouse. Lost return items cannot be eligible for a refund request.

Expected Time for Refund

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

The refund will be credited in the same currency as the original payment:
